Pregnancy Morning Sickness

Being pregnant is hard, yep, I know, because I’ve been in that situation myself. To be honest I felt amazing when I felt my child inside my stomach. It was a very characterized day since the first day until the 9th month. But do you know that you always feel bad in the morning from the 5th-13th weeks?

Doctors told me it is actually very normal to feel this so-called morning sickness. However, for some women it might turn to be eternal sickness. You become very sensitive with your senses, you always dream of some kind of meals that you might never eat even, and you always get tempted easily with chocolate, cheese, or meatballs.

Well it’s not recommendable to eliminate this morning sickness when you are pregnant but of course you can minimize the annoying effects. We have internet and books nowadays that can help us to gain more information on how to do this. But let me tell you the straight points on how to help yourself when you are being pregnant.

First of all eat frequently but small amount of meals. Do not eat large portion, just the small meals but dont allow yourself to feel full. Secondly, you need to avoid all kind of friend and spicy foods. They would usually rise your blood pressure and cause unnecessary additional sickness to yourself.

Thirdly but not essential, you need to bring snacks near your table. You cant let yourself feel empty during your pregnancy so better to have snack sometimes so you can eat them when it’s late and you run out of meals. The best part of this is to follow pregnancy exercises or yoga. It would help you stay fit and good body metabolism would help your upcoming child to grow better.
